In order to ensure a level of readiness to maintain the continuity of its critical business and services to customers, IServices has put together a business continuity management framework, which encompasses its key functions, projects and systems.
IServices has a proven and documented DR & BCP which is updated and tested periodically. We ensure un-interrupted, seamless services to our clients by having local as well as remote DR centers. Local DR Centers are 5 to 30 mile apart while the remote DR centers are 1200 miles apart. All our facilities have robust infrastructure with redundant connectivities, hot standby devices and with 15% of excess manpower always available to face any eventualities.
